The name says it all! Russ is hands down the most responsive, kind and professional plumber I’ve ever had the experience of using. I came home from work and found a pipe had burst and my basement had flooded. I was in dire need and fast! Russ went above and beyond to help me out. He even made a run to Home Depot for us so we could focus on mitigating the water in our crawl space. The best plumbing service provider in Colorado Springs! Revolutionary Kindness, indeed. We started experiencing issues (slow draining, bubbling toilet…signs of a backup) over New Years weekend, and reached out to Russ. He responded quickly via text from, of all places, Ohio, where he was visiting family for the holidays. Despite being out of town, helped me troubleshoot the issue and pointed me to an emergency plumber. How awesome was that?!

January 2023

Russ came out today to replace a water filter system in my home. I was beyond impressed. The night before he had asked me to text him pictures of the existing unit as well as instructions for replacing the new unit. So he was well prepared. I was especially impressed with Russ allowing me to observe and learn his techniques. I feel I got an education and could see that Russ was very thorough and conscientious about his work. The most impressive thing about Russ after meeting him was his personality reflects the name of his business – pure kindness. It was really nice to meet somebody who took pride in his work and was a caring and conscientious human being. Thanks Russ. Job well done.

Russ did a great job at understanding the work to be performed and the nuances involved. As the name implies, he is very kind. I also liked receiving text messages letting me know the job was scheduled and that he was en route. I was pleased with the work he did for us.
